Well, I would have to check into it, but I THINK that summer months are free. So, you could move in at the end of summer. I know that two of my roomates aren't moving in until August 18th. So I think that can be worked around. The lease is for a year. And, yes it is furnished. The rooms are quite large though if you wanted to bring in more stuff.
