My roommates are pretty cool they are clean and sometimes like to party but they make sure that school comes first if you would like to meet them im sure i can set something up. One person is graduating soon with a Marketing major her name is Marie the other is and english major and she is going to be a junior her name is Tiffany and the other is an engineering major her name is Shde.
We don't have to pay for water, cable, internet, and we have on-demand. We do have to pay for gas and electric which isn't that much prbably about 30-40 a month in the winter summer its alot less like 20-25 ea. The townhouses are completely furnished you have your own bathroom with a big closet, bed, dresser, desk, chair, and nightstand.
The lease is from July 28, 2009 to July 17, 2009, $409 a month, you can pay with finacial aid and they have payment plans, you can also move in Aug thats is completley fine. here's the number to the office they can help you out alot as far as application process 616-892-2700.
