SUBLEASER NEEDED 08/09 ASAP - 2008/07/15 04:45
I need a sub leaser for the 08/09 school year. I had originally planned to stay in the Allendale area but I have come into some issues and I need to return home.

The apartment is at Meadows Crossing which is a few minutes from GVSU's campus. Our Unit is 3 Stories and fully equipped. You get your own spacious room that is keyed for privacy with a walk in closet and bathroom.
Also each bedroom is fully furnished with: Full size bed, Dresser, nightstand, a desk and computer Chair.

Rent is only $429 a month. The only bills for utilities are gas and electric which is about $50 a month.

You'll have three roommates (2 guys and a Girl) they are really friendly and easy to get along with.

I would really wish to move asap.
