Room available Winter Semester (Jan-July) - 2008/10/23 21:17
One room available in four bedroom townhouse. (Building C)

Available starting January, possibly December if you need to move in earlier. Lease goes through July 2009.

Rent is $409/month, plus one fourth of the electric bill. I'm willing to lease it for $369/month ($50 less) since it will really help me out for you to take the sublease.
