I'm looking for Someone to take over my lease for winter semester through the end of the lease, which is in August. I live with 3 other guys, all cool guys who put school above everything else. The apartment is 4 bedrooms (you get your own bedroom and bathroom). I would be leaving the community fee ($180) and the security deposit ($350) paid. So, if you take care of the room, the $350 is yours at the end of the lease.
