Summer Subleaser Needed May-August - 2010/04/26 18:31
My price a month is $419, but willing to negotiate. I live in P-4, in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The apartment is furnished and so is the bedroom, with a desk, dresser, and bed.
Currently there are four of us living here, but me and another roommate will be heading back home for the summer and he isn't looking for a sub leaser, so there will just be three of you living here during the summer and both of them are very clean, they are not loud, they go else where to party, and the surrounding neighbors are quite.
