ive been trying to find someone to lease it out for quite a while now. Email me at e_5443@hotmail.com or call 616 318 5944 and we can work something out.. I can send you pics of the place or we can meet up and do a walk through.

Its really nice though, and super private. Plus, with me offering to pay 100 of the 400 dollar rent, you're not gunna find a place cheaper!
